Honey Creme Sydney
From outta South Korea comes Honey Creme – now a chain which utilises fresh milk with cream to create a soft serve ice-cream that is silken in texture, smooth in flavour and really rather quite good. On their menu: select organic cotton candy and mixed grains present themselves which is a tad head scratching (you never knew you wanted organic cotton candy or mixed grains til now) but delicious nevertheless. Honey Creme Sydney is their first store in sydney and prices come in at under $8. The verdict: It’s a delicious, fresh and light premium soft serve which tasted like a really really good version of maccas softserve (not that we’ve had one in years)
It’s 10 o’clock at night and Honeycreme is buzzing.
Honey Creme’s signature soft serve features taste real honey which we loved.
Honey Creme Eats
Honey Creme was really quite delicious. We chanced an online review saying it’s a small overpriced serve (on their FB) but it’s actually really quite generous with plenty in a good sized cup for about $7. We also had it in a cone and the Honey Creme ice cream comes in a variety of colours and with a hand protecting paper guard. The honey creme premium ice cream is a highlight being lightly milky, coolly smooth on the palate and deliciously milky without any hint of stodge. Across the range we tasted, the classic with the honey was a favourite. You can also opt to get the honey creme with a shot of affogato which is a steal considering you’d be paying $3 at the base minimum for a shot of coffee in Sydney. Good looking shop, friendly staff.
