So. Rockpool’s moved. Its skipped over from the rocks locale and is now housed in the large luxe 2 storied venue that is dark in look but not intimidating. We drop in for a world class lunch and amongst a plethora of amazing dishes; the $7 side dish of potatoes just about stole the show. Amazing value $79 lunch and the service is ace. Its modern Australian fine dining with a slight asian twist and we’ll echo the verdict here. Well worth your time and money.

Sides at Rockpool was a neat $7 and them potatoes dauphine there was probably the most revelatory thing this meal. Never has a side packed so much aweseom.
The $79 rockpool lunch (with extra $9-10) thrown in for the sparkling they serve is first and foremost fantastic value for the cookery and craft on display here. Service is attentive and unbeatable. Highly recommended and don’t forget the dauphine potatoes. We can’t wait to head back in.
