Pei loves game Seasonal Dinner is coming this Wednesday 20th May
As the mercury drops, the cooler climes means the second of Pei Modern Seasonal Dinner will be showcased on the 20th May. Chef Matt Germanchis and the Pei team will plate up plump birds and rich game meats from Game Farm, Vic’s and Holmbrae. This alongside Marty Boetz’ Cooks Co-Op delicious vegetables; new season quinces, meaty pine mushrooms, fennels.
$95 per person including a glass of Louis Roederer. Wine pairing $70 per person.

Every Friday in May, Aussie Wine Month can be experienced with a selection of Aussie favorites. Sommelier Annette Lacey and guests from Claret & Co, Torbreck and Rusden Wines on Fridays at 5:30pm.
