MEATSTOCK 2016 REVIEW
Meatstock. The Meat and Music Festival at the Sydney Showground in a grand showcase of barbecue, Smoking and good eats. We’ll just get this out of the way – its no Fat Yaks (the disatrous BBQ festival that sold out of food by about noon, with poor layout, lack of shade and inaudible music). Meatstock for us was a great time; we got there 11am as gates opened and stayed til about 5pm. There was plenty to see, do, taste buy and eat. Fans of barbecue; Meatstock is the real deal and a lot of fun. The event selling out is evident to the growing allure of Barbecue for Sydneysiders. We’re taken plenty of pics so check them out in the gallery below. From Meats to Barbecue and Smoker units, mechanical Bulls, spice rubs, sauces and delicious eats. Meatstock had it all and you could wander around and be eating all day. There’ll be plenty of drinking too with a few bars scattered around the venue. Bring a hat. You’ll need it in this scorcher of a summer.
Meatstock 2016 Highlights:
