Erskineville’s The Erko which houses a large Yoder smoker and had brought the American smoking and barbecue to the innerwest hosting a special smoke house masterclass for BBQ enthusiasts with 5 courses this coming Sunday the 12th of July.
Teaming up with local craft beer Young Henry’s; Smokehouse Sunday will feature a Masterclass held by David Sprigg (American Barbeque specialist and enthusiast). Attendees will learn the hows to for 12-hour lamb shoulder, NZ beef short ribs as well as Cedar Plank Salmon.
