Christmas in July and Pei Loves Winter Pei Modern
Sydney’s Pei Modern is doing Christmas in July and a their next Pei “Seasonal Dinner” Winter is also scheduled to happen this August 20th.
CHRISTMAS IN JULY
A celebration of Christmas favourites from Mark Best and Matt Germanchis. With Australian Seafood including Ewan McAsh’s Clyde River oysters, Skull Island prawns, King Trout and a wood-fired suckling pig with all the trimmings. Dessert’s a Pei pavlova. Six courses, $95 per person including a glass of sparkling shiraz on arrival. $35 per child under 12.

PEI LOVES WINTER
The Winter Pei Seasonal dinner heat ups with a hearty winter feast of the best local meats and Marty Boetz’s winter veggies. Five delicious courses including Matt’s stifado, Rangers Valley ox shin on the bone, slow cooked in the wood-fire oven, and finish off with sherry trifle. Five courses, shared tables, $95 per person, with a glass of Louis Roederer. $70 extra for wine matching.
