From Entree Selections at Porteno. Vitello Tonnato – Thinly sliced waygu girello, vine smoked Spanish Mackeral, anchovy Mayo, capers, lemon and quail eggs. Grilled Calamari; tender with smoky char flavours – light and delightful. Always a favourite, their Repollitos De Brusela is a vego dish of Brussel Sprouts – both crispy and charry with complex adult flavours.
The Entrana: Kobe Wagyu Beef skirt was smoky and tender. Very Chilean and ate fantastic with the Casillero del Diablo Cab Sauv. Their Chachito A La Cruz celebrated pork and hidden under all that crispy crackling is mounds of tender juicy pork that was really quite divine. Both dishes are well worth checking in for.
