Best Sydney Bars Negroni Week
Starting June 5th and going til the 11th is Negroni Week. Started in 2013 to celebrate a classic cocktail, Negroni week is not just an occasion to imbibe Negronis. Negroni week is also a charity event with part of the proceeds from each drink sold being donated to a select charity. Plenty of reasons then to hit your favourite bars for Negonis. Negroni Week has so far raised $900,000 for charitable causes around the globe

The Clock Hotel
With one of Surry hills most relaxed and popular balcony – The clock hotel has barrel aged Negronis and also plenty of good eats at the venue. On the 8th of June, The clock will throw Negroni Balconi – a ticketed event with plenty of classic Negroni and clock Hotel twists to the classic drink. Negroni Balconi details here.
Merivale’s Charlie Parker has a dedicated cocktail bar with a focus on ingredients. Quality produce, innovative drink execution at this Merivale bar. They’re doing a clear negroni with a dusting of negroni dust. Three of Merivale’s best bars – Palmer and Co, J&M and of course Charlie Parker will be showcasing the cocktail. More info here
At the far end of Maybe Frank is their secret little bar that is focused on aperitivo and digestive cocktails. Pizzas, pastas and some of the best Negronis in town.
Della Hyde is our favourite “wes andersony” grand Budapest hotel small bar with its shades of pink. Sit at the bar here and soak in the vibes.
Earl’s Juke Joint
With the grandest deep dark bar, EJJ is an attractive Inner west downtime bar in Newtown. New Orleans vibes and hip hop jams will round out your Negroni Bar experience.
