The last time we were here, we stood next to the Mr Burger foodtruck and didn’t have a feed. Back in Sydney, we hear rave reviews from various quarters (and kicked ourselves for missing out) and this time round, Come at us Mr Burger. We’re smashing burgs. Like the last time, its centrally parked at Federation Square and easy enough to get to.

Ah. A bit overcooked for our liking. We ordered a double Mr Meat and while we liked it, it was very much to us – tasted heaps like a hot meat sandwich especially with the rather firm meat patties as opposed to a juicy moist soft burger- it kind of didn’t meet the standards that burger fans are used to in Sydney. A tad disappointed in this burger – bun also a tad bready. We’ve since heard that the outlets are the ones to hit as council policys for the truck (food safety etc) means that the burgers outta the truck is always going to be done. Could be urban legend but that’s the buzz.

So, the next time, we’re hitting the stores.
