Sushi Hotaru
Located on the 2nd Floor of the galeries Victoria in the sydney CBD is Hotaru Sushi Train.
Its a very busy sushi train place; always packed full of people so expect a queue if you go at lunch. but that’s per the norm for sushi trains in the city. Makoto’s the same. There might be a bit of wait.
Its nicely finished on the inside, some cool graphics, and the food is fresh. Which you’d want it to be being sushi. The $3 plate system is nice as you get to pick from a wide selection. The premium selection is however the pure protein/high quality stuff. Hence the sashimi. Which is $5/6. But you’ll pay that anywhere else
good quality salmon. Fresh, thick.
